My prayers go out to all of the families of this absolutely preventable tragedy. Elly lived her life to the fullest and her family and friends will continue to carry on her life. Let's get people into office that care less about personal gains and their personal agendas and more about the people's agendas. Flight 3407 should NOT be a historical flight, but because of the lack of responsibility by today's airlines, it has. We love you, Elly!

A great friend lost his 19 year-old niece in thgis accident that could have easily been avoided. Nobody should ever die so that an airline can make an extra buck.

My Aunt Beverly Eckert was aboard Flight 3407 when it crashed almost a year ago. As the details of the crash became more and more clear, I'll never forget how my world stopped as the haunting truth that I had lost another loved one in a major accident became reality. I frantically called her cell phone, praying she'd pick up, but was only directed straight to voicemail. This crash has affected myself and my family more than I can really express. I'll always treasure the times my family and I spent with my aunt, but I'll be forever left wishing we could spend more. Thank you to everyone for your past support and please continue to support our cause... no one deserves to lose a loved one like we have.

Viewing the slideshow brought a sense of reality that I had not sensed before. It created a connection with all these families that would not have happened without it. Thank you all.

I worked closely with Jerry Krasuski for 3 years in the 90's. He was a gentle, caring & genuine person. I was acquainted with Darren Tolsa and all I remember is this energetic blur going by as he would say "good morning!". My heart goes out to both families.

I am deeply touched by the love and support the families and friends of those lost in Flight 3407 have shown towards one another. I lost an old friend that day and he can never be replaced. His family and friends miss him very much. I hope and pray that positive change will come out of this tragedy so that no one has to suffer this ever again.

My heart goes out to all the families and friends represented here. What you have done, are doing, and hope to do is a wonderful thing amidst the tragedy of what took place. I applaud and support your efforts and actions. May God comfort you as you grieve and give you hope in knowing that the changes you are fighting for may very well be what saves the lives of so many others.

I've read every word, seen every image, watched the slideshow presentation....and I want to do it all over again. This has been a moving, emotional experience. Congratulations to all of you who have created this wonderful site.
And to my dear friend Robin, and all the family members of the victims of Flight 3407, may the Peace and Comfort of our Lord fill your hearts and ease your pain, until that moment in time when you are reunited with those you've lost. God bless you, now and always.

Losing the ones you love and care about is never easy. We may never get over losing them. It may or maynot get easier for some. We have them in our hearts and will never forget the joys of having them in our lives even though they were taken from us before we were ready to let them go. God bless all of us who are missing someone today. Mary (Belle) Pettys was a true friend and will be sadly missed.
